CCNI Annual Reporting

Requirements

Farset Labs’ company secretary is required to submit an Annual Report to the Charities Commission for Northern Ireland

This will include:

• Financial accounts for previous year
• Report from independent examiner / auditor, as applicable.
• Trustees annual report

This Annual Report is due before the 28th of February each year, and shall cover the previous financial year. (i.e. for a given February in 2023, the annual report shall cover the operational period from 01/03/2021 - 28/02/2022)
